Return & Exchange Policy

All our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or preference.

We only accept returns if the item is defective or damaged, and the request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

In some cases, we may offer an exchange (subject to availability and product condition). Please contact us to discuss your request.

If your item qualifies for a return or exchange:

• We offer free returns.

• A prepaid return label will be provided once you contact us.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
